This kit includes the electronics and software you need to complete a CNC control installation. Typical applications are desktop mills, knee mills, bed mills and a wide range of sizes and types router tables including plasma and laser cutting tables. This Mill kit can be run as a true 2, 3, or 4 axis CNC control and also in manual mode where the control acts as a DRO. You can even use this Mill kit with your original servomotors and power supplies. If you don’t have servomotors, no problem! AjaxCNC stocks a wide range of CNC Components to complete any retrofit. |

This retrofit package is ideal for a knee or bed mill already equipped with quality, DC servomotors. It allows you to reuse the standard components like contactors and fuses, but will save you hundreds of dollars by reusing the motors already on the machine. You also save money by reusing the motor transformer, which is already perfectly matched to your motors. The new 2000 line encoders will dramatically improve the speed, accuracy, and overall performance of your mill. |

If your machine is equipped with stepper motors, or the DC servos are not in usable condition, this retrofit package is for you. You will still retain the common components like contactors and fuses, but the entire power supply and motors will be replaced with brand new components. Each servomotor includes a 2000 line encoder preinstalled to dramatically increase the speed, accuracy, and overall performance of your machine. | |||||||||||||||
